A web platform for a U.S.-based real estate agency offering MLS-integrated listings, Matterport 3D tours, smart filters, online scheduling, and a full agent dashboard — aimed at improving lead quality and streamlining the client journey.
Challenge
Our client, a regional real estate agency with 25+ agents and over 300 active listings, wanted to reduce reliance on aggregators and provide a more modern, self-owned platform that:
- Displays listings synced with the MLS, along with manually added exclusives
- Includes Matterport 3D virtual tours to better pre-qualify leads
- Offers advanced filtering for users (by location, school zones, pet policies, etc.)
- Enables online scheduling with automated confirmations
- Provides agents with tools to manage showings, questions, and communication
- Delivers a seamless experience across desktop and mobile
Solution
1. MLS Listings + Smart Search
- Real-time sync with the local MLS using RETS/RESO Web API
- Custom filters: number of bedrooms, price range, property type, nearby schools, lot size, pet-friendly, and more
- Save-to-favorites and compare-listing features
- Dynamic map view with live property pins and zone overlays


2. 3D Tours with Matterport
- Integrated Matterport 3D experiences embedded per listing
- Viewable across devices, with smooth transitions between rooms
- 3D view usage was tracked via analytics to inform marketing decisions
- The feature helped reduce unnecessary in-person showings by improving buyer clarity

3. Appointment Booking System
- Users could select available time slots and request a showing
- Agents received requests instantly, with approval or reschedule options
- Confirmations and reminders sent via Twilio SMS and SendGrid email
- Post-visit feedback prompts captured buyer impressions automatically

4. Agent Dashboard
- Centralized tool for managing listings, leads, appointments, and status updates
- Notifications for new booking requests and client messages
- Editable calendar for personal availability
- CRM-style view for tracking engagement history with leads
