A web platform for a U.S.-based real estate agency offering MLS-integrated listings, Matterport 3D tours, smart filters, online scheduling, and a full agent dashboard — aimed at improving lead quality and streamlining the client journey.

Challenge

Our client, a regional real estate agency with 25+ agents and over 300 active listings, wanted to reduce reliance on aggregators and provide a more modern, self-owned platform that:

  • Displays listings synced with the MLS, along with manually added exclusives
  • Includes Matterport 3D virtual tours to better pre-qualify leads
  • Offers advanced filtering for users (by location, school zones, pet policies, etc.)
  • Enables online scheduling with automated confirmations
  • Provides agents with tools to manage showings, questions, and communication
  • Delivers a seamless experience across desktop and mobile

1. MLS Listings + Smart Search

  • Real-time sync with the local MLS using RETS/RESO Web API
